 | Monday, April 7th, 2008: 5-6 Day for Logan Nook Logan put on a hitting clinic today as the Bisons dumped the Tides 8-7 at Ballpark of Buffalo. The Buffalo shortstop sprayed hits all over the ballpark by lashing Norfolk pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats in the game. He told SION reporters after the game, that he just hit it where they pitched it. "Too often I try to pull the ball too much. Today I just went with the pitch." N. Logan singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off N. Bump in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off K. Saarloos in the 10th. In this current campaign Logan is hitting at a .344 clip with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs. |
