 | Friday, July 11th, 2008: Baltimore Orioles and Astros Agree to Trade The rumor has been going on for a while now, but today it was made official. The Baltimore Orioles sent a 3rd round draft pick to the Houston Astros for 28-year old second baseman Luis Rivas. Officials from both teams seem to be pleased with the deal. Thus far this year Rivas is batting .269 with 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 28 runs scored. |
